CUSTOMER GROWTH PILOT

More opportunities.

Better follow-through.

Bring in new customers and make more of the services you already sell. We help businesses with blue-collar teams choose one growth opportunity, build a practical workflow, and measure what happens.

Start with a conversation. Scope and price are agreed before any paid work.

FIND THE RIGHT START

Where is work getting lost?

01 / NEW CUSTOMERS

Too few suitable inquiries?

Clarify one service, build a useful page or content workflow, and connect inquiries to a clear next step. Measure qualified requests and the work they become.

02 / OPEN OPPORTUNITIES

Estimates waiting for a decision?

Keep open estimates visible, prepare relevant follow-ups, and help your team respond while the opportunity is still current.

03 / REPEAT BUSINESS

Customers who could need you again?

Use approved records and customer preferences to identify timely reminders for services you already provide.

WHAT WE WORK THROUGH

One focused pilot.

A clear way to judge it.

  1. Map the opportunity.

Review how customers find you, what happens next, and where your crew has capacity. Establish a starting point from the records available.

  2. Agree on the work.

Define one workflow, its deliverables, the tools involved, and who reviews each action. Check integration feasibility before promising a connection.

  3. Build, test, and hand over.

Test routine requests and missing information. Document how the workflow operates, who owns it, and how your team pauses it or gets help.

  4. Review the results.

Look at qualified inquiries, accepted estimates, completed work, repeat jobs, collected revenue, costs, and office time. Decide whether to improve or expand.

What you bring

One service you want to grow, an outline of your current process, and someone who can make decisions. Share private records only after we agree on access and handling.

What we agree before starting

Written scope, price, timing, review responsibilities, and ongoing support. Any software or usage costs are identified separately. Paid advertising and a full system replacement are outside the starting scope unless agreed.

The right measurement period depends on lead volume and your sales cycle. More inquiries or higher revenue are goals, not guaranteed outcomes.

TRY A SMALL EXAMPLE

From a loose end

to a useful next step.

Choose a situation and walk through a follow-up. This scripted demonstration uses fictional data. It does not connect to AI, contact anyone, or reserve appointments.

FICTIONAL EXAMPLE
THE OPPORTUNITY

A new repair inquiry

Alex asks whether your team can repair a workshop door. The location and type of damage are missing.

Watch: time to a useful response → qualified inquiry → booked work.

1 / REQUEST RECEIVED

Give the office a clear next step.

Prepare a draft that asks for the missing details. Pricing and availability stay with your team.
