If you’re reporting a problem, include:

• The app name and version, if available.
• Your device model and iOS, iPadOS, or Android version.
• What you were trying to do, what happened, and any error message you saw.

A screenshot can help. Remove private information before sending it, and never include passwords, verification codes, or payment card details.

Accessibility feedback

If something is difficult to read, hear, or use, tell us which part of the app is affected and what would make it easier for you.

Privacy and data questions

For a privacy question or deletion request, email us with the app name and the type of request. We’ll explain the relevant next steps. App-specific policies and any required account-deletion instructions will be linked from each app’s release page.
