Tundra Texture, LLC operates this website. This notice covers the TundraTexture informational website and inquiries sent to TundraTexture. It does not describe the handling of data in a future client automation project; that should be agreed before any project data is shared.

Visiting this website

This site does not have visitor accounts, checkout, an email signup, advertising pixels, or analytics tools added by TundraTexture. Our hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose errors.

Contacting us

The email links open your own email application. Sending a message shares your email address and the information you include with TundraTexture and the email providers involved. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you requested.

Include only what is needed to describe your question. Do not email passwords, payment details, private customer records, or sensitive business files as part of an initial inquiry.

Website inquiry form

If you use our inquiry form, we store your name, email, business description, selected growth opportunity, message, and submission time privately on our server. We use these details to review your request and respond. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.

We use limited technical information to protect the form from repeated or abusive submissions. Inquiry records are separate from the public website files. The interactive demonstration uses fictional information and does not send messages or store your demonstration choices.

Ask Tessa

The public secretary guide searches a set of approved company answers in your browser. Typed questions are matched locally; the guide does not read private mailboxes. Tessa can also guide you through questions about your business, tasks, customer inquiries, tools, desired results and timing. This conversation stays in page memory and clears on refresh or when you return to general questions. If you choose to carry a question or business summary into our inquiry form, it is temporarily kept in this tab’s browser session storage and removed when the form reads it. Entries older than 30 minutes are ignored. It is sent to our team only when you submit the inquiry form.

Optional voice input and welcome video

The microphone starts only when you tap it and allow browser access. Your browser may send your audio to its speech recognition provider under that provider’s privacy practices. Tundra Texture does not record or store the audio. Recognized words appear in the question field for you to review and edit; they are not automatically submitted. Listening stops when recognition ends, you stop it, edit your question, leave the page, or reach the 45-second limit. Voice input is not supported in every browser; typing remains available.

Tessa’s welcome is a prerecorded, AI-generated video hosted with this website. It is not a live video call and does not access your camera. The welcome panel may open automatically and play silently once. Sound starts only when you tap Hear Tessa. You can close the panel with its X and reopen it with Ask Tessa. We remember dismissal in this tab’s session storage, so it will not automatically reopen during the same visit. If your device requests reduced motion, the welcome stays still until you choose to hear it.

Mobile apps

This website notice is not a privacy policy for a mobile app. Each app will provide its own privacy information based on the features and services it actually uses, with a link from its release page and store listing.

Other websites

If you follow a link to an external service, that service’s privacy practices apply. We may add links to our projects and channels as this website develops.
